We've done a bit of baking over the past few weeks, primarily to share with friends and preschool teachers, but one of our favorite recipes is this one for Cranberry, Coconut, and Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies. They manage to be both chewy and crispy, and yet they have less butter and sugar than many comparable recipes.
The batch also comes together in one bowl and makes enough to share with friends and keep some for your own family, no matter the occasion.
