For this week's Yummy Toddler Lunch, we have an easy-to-assemble lunch that works well in the LunchBots container. This lunch is ideal for a 1 or 2 year old, though you can of course serve it to an older eater (or even yourself!), adjusting portion sizes as needed.
Serve with milk or water, as you like.
- Maple Cornmeal Muffin with 1/2 cup shredded and drained zucchini added to the batter. (Use your favorite non-dairy milk in place of the yogurt.)
- Sliced strawberries
- Snap pea crisps
- Cheerios and milk (not shown)
- Banana and almond butter (if your kiddo's school is nut-free, sub in some cheese, yogurt, or sliced or cubed meat for a little protein)
