I have a new post up on Super Healthy Kids today for this super simple Strawberry Fruit Leather. Made with just two ingredients—strawberries and chia seeds—this is one of our favorite ways to eat fruit when we're running around all day. And you don't need a dehydrator! Younger kids can hold a roll and gum it and older kids can take bites of it unrolled. Either way, it's one of those kitchen adventures that we love to do every now and then.
