It’s soup weather around here and while my daughter’s favorites remain Black Bean Soup and Tomato Soup (that last one still surprises me!), we loved this super easy Chickpea Soup. It has cauliflower and the flavors of hummus—but best of all, it cooks up in the slow cooker with hardly any effort from you.
