If you’re like most households, there is one person (and we’re guessing it’s you!) who notices when we run out of milk, thinks ahead to restock the kids’ favorite cereal, and remembers to pull chicken out of the freezer in time to defrost for dinner. We know this mental load work can really pile up—so we answered a few of your questions on the topic to try to lessen your load and work through your challenges.
