Making Peace with Food
How we feel about feeding ourselves often has a big impact on how we feed our kids. And that can often feel more complicated after we’ve gone through pregnancy and/or the exhaustion and emotional turmoil of new motherhood. There can be so many more issues that creep into our outlook on meals that we may not expect or know exactly how to handle. Simple things like requests for more dessert or a preference for carbohydrates in our kids can quickly turn emotional—but today we have a great resource to help reassure and remind you that you are in fact doing a good job!
