I will say that it took almost two years to train my daughter to like the taste of plain yogurt though—looking back, I think I was maybe unfair with my attempts to get her to eat the super tangy kind that I like so much! But now that she’s a fan, she eats it once or twice a week with a little honey on top as a breakfast option or a snack.
