Between L’s new nightly requests for dessert and my own interest in eating lots of protein for the baby, we’ve been incorporating a few new treats into regular rotation. This Super Quick Cocoa Banana Pudding was a recent weeknight treat that I am sure we’ll make again!
The full recipe is over on the Better Homes and Gardens food blog today but know that the ingredients are super basic—plain yogurt, banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Oh, and a little bit of dark chocolate sprinkled on top. It mixes up in a blender really quickly and stores well in the fridge. It does taste best with super ripe bananas since you need the sweetness to balance out the cocoa powder, so keep that in mind before you mix up a batch.
