It’s apparently zucchini week here on the blog, which means that it’s time for a super yummy Cocoa Zucchini Bread recipe. This bread is moist, flavorful, and it tastes really great with a smear of nut butter or cream cheese—and it’s my latest post for the Better Homes and Gardens Delish Dish blog.
It’s different from traditional zucchini bread recipes in that it’s made with whole wheat flour, yogurt, and cocoa powder—and there’s minimal added sugar. There is a smattering of mini chocolate chips on top of the bread, but it’s only 2 tablespoons for the entire loaf, so you don’t have to worry about a toddler sugar crash. It’s a great way to use up zucchini at this time of year and it’s makes for a really special snack.
