3-Ingredient Cereal Bars

Excellent kids snack!


– 1/2 cup smooth natural peanut butter (like Smucker's Natural) – 1/2 cup honey (or brown rice syrup) – 3 1/2 cups O cereal (like Cheerios) – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Step 1.

Add the peanut butter and honey to a large bowl and stir together to combine.

Step 2.

Add the cereal and vanilla, if using, to the bowl. Stir gently, but thoroughly, using a wooden spoon or spatula.

Step 3.

Press mixture into the prepared baking sheet to fit into the corners.

Step 4.

Chill for at least 20 minutes. Remove from the fridge, lift out using the parchment paper and slice on a cutting board.

Step 5.

Wrap each bar in a plastic wrap (optional) and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Serve cold.
