Kid-friendly Smoothie Bowls

🍓with berries & bananas!🍌


– 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) – 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries, blueberries, or mixed berries – 1 large banana, sliced (about 1 cup)

Granola, sliced banana, chopped berries, shredded unsweetened coconut, hemp seeds, and/or chopped or small pieces of dried fruit.

Optional toppings

Step 1.

Place the ingredients (except the optional toppings) into a blender.

Step 2.

Blend until very smooth.

Step 3.

Pour into bowls.

Step 4.

Top with optional toppings as you like. Kids love this part!
