Easy Fruit Popsicles

With an easy method, full-fruit flavor, and endless variations, these Fruit Popsicles are refreshing and delicious for any age.

Ingredients

– Fruit:  Pick one fruit or a combo of two or more.  – Apple juice – Honey (or maple syrup; optional) – Lime juice (optional)

Blend

Add the ingredients to a blender. Blend until very smooth. (Use fresh or thawed frozen fruit. Try a single fruit flavor or a mixture of favorites.)

Sweeten

Taste the blended fruit mixture before adding it to the popsicle molds and sweeten to taste if needed.

Freeze

Pour into ice pop sleeves or popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. (Use ice pop sleeves or popsicle molds.)

Serve

Serve cold.  Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly or run under hot water before serving if desired.
