Favorite Carrot Smoothie

This easy Carrot Smoothie is bursting with freshness—and Vitamin C. It’s made with carrots, mango, and orange and is such a nice breakfast or snack component!

- Milk - Frozen mango - Cooked/cooled carrots

Ingredients Needed:

Add the milk, mango, and carrots to a blender. Add any optional ingredients.

Step 1.

Place the top on the blender. Starting on low and working up to high, blend until very smooth or for 30-60 seconds.

Step 2.

Serve cold in small open cups or a reusable pouch for babies and toddlers.
