Favorite Mango Smoothie Recipe

It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and easy to make. It’s a perfect toddler and baby smoothie that us adults will enjoy, too.

– Frozen mango – Greek yogurt – Fresh orange: Or you can use orange juice  – Optional add-ins: Hemp or flax seeds, and/or cauliflower or summer squash can all be added for more nutrients.

Ingredients

Add all of the ingredients, including any add-ins you choose, to a blender. Use full-fat yogurt since little ones need plenty of fat for brain development.

Blend until the smoothie is very smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

Serve or store in an airtight container or a reusable Squeasy Gear pouch, with the lid snapped, for up to 24 hours in the fridge.

Swap in frozen peaches for the mango if desired. Or prepare as a Mango Popsicle for another option.
