It’s nutritious, naturally sweet, and is easy to adjust for the ingredients you prefer and have on hand.
– Milk – Peaches: I usually make this smoothie with frozen peaches. – Banana – Greek yogurt – Honey or maple syrup to taste.
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend smooth, starting on low and working up to very high. Let it blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds to help blend everything smooth.
Serve immediately or freeze for future use. You can also store in the fridge for up to 24 hours in an airtight container.
Add 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, or a handful raw cauliflower or baby spinach to add nutrition to this smoothie.
The banana adds nice flavor and additional creaminess. If you don’t want to do banana, you can either use frozen mango or double the amount of peaches.
