Favorite Raspberry smoothie

With options to make this with banana or without, ways to add protein, and tips for storing leftovers, this post has everything you need to get started.

– Yogurt – Milk – Raspberries – Banana – Ice cubes – Add-ins such as hemp seeds, chia seeds, cauliflower, and/or spinach

Ingredients

Add all ingredients to a blender. Plain or vanilla whole-milk yogurt is my go-to pick, though you can also use Greek-style if you prefer.

Blend smooth, starting on low and working up to very high. Let it blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds to help blend the seeds in the raspberries smooth.

Serve immediately or freeze for future use. To store, freeze smoothie mixture in an ice cube tray overnight. Store for up to 3 months in a sealed freezer bag.

Add 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, or a handful raw cauliflower or baby spinach to add nutrition to this smoothie.
