Easy Oatmeal ๐Ÿฅ• Bars ๐Ÿฅ•

with blueberries and carrots

โ€“ 3/4 cup quick or instant oats (or rolled oats ground up in the food processor or blender) โ€“ 1/2 cup whole wheat flour โ€“ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder โ€“ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon โ€“ 1/4 tsp salt โ€“ 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter โ€“ 1/4 cup creamy unsweetened almond butter โ€“ 1/4 cup maple syrup โ€“ 1/2 cup grated carrot โ€“ 1/2 cup blueberries

INGREDIENTS

Mix together dry ingredients.

STEP 1.

Add melted coconut oil or butter, almond butter, maple syrup, and grated carrots to the bowl.

STEP 2.

Mix the ingredients together.

STEP 3.

Stir in blueberries.

STEP 4.

Press batter into the prepared pan so the batter is even and pressed to the edges.

STEP 5.

Bake for 24-26 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown and set.

STEP 6.

Cool fully!

STEP 7.

Slice into bars.

STEP 8.

Serve or store for later.
