Healthy Pumpkin Bars

A delish and nutritious breakfast to share with the kids.

You Need:

– 1 cup rolled oats – 1/2 cup whole wheat flour  – 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed – 1 teaspoon cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon baking soda – 2 large eggs – 1 cup pumpkin puree – 1/4 cup maple syrup – 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Step 1.

Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Step 2.

Stir together.

Step 3.

Spread into an 8x8-inch baking pan.

Step 4.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-24 minutes.

Step 5.

Let cool fully and slice.

Step 6.

Dice up for younger eaters as needed.
