Blend up a weight gain shake with accessible, nutritious ingredients for a fraction of the cost of store-bought
– Milk – Greek yogurt – Banana – Cocoa powder – Protein powder: You can use a kids protein powder or my easy Homemade Protein Powder Recipe. – Honey or maple syrup
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until very creamy, starting on low and working up to high.
Serve immediately or store for future use. Store in the fridge for up to 36 hours. Serve cold. You can also freeze in an ice cube tray, if desired.
Add a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter for additional protein. Swap in mango for the banana if desired.
