One-Bowl Applesauce Bread

This Applesauce Bread comes together in one bowl in just minutes and bakes up into the most delicious quick bread. It is lightly spiced, super moist, and freezes beautifully.

Ingredients

1

– Applesauce – Butter – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Whole wheat flour – Sugar – Baking soda – Cinnamon

Mix

2

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×5-inch pan with nonstick spray. Add the applesauce, butter, eggs, and vanilla to a large bowl. Stir to combine.

Stir

3

Stir in the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir gently to combine fully. (I like using whole wheat flour here.)

Pour

4

Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula so it's even. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool

5

Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove from pan (carefully) and let cool on a wire rack completely.

Serve

6

Slice and serve. Store any leftovers, wrapped in plastic wrap in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, in the fridge for 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
