Overnight Oats with Greek Yogurt + Mango

With a bright tropical flavor and a simple method, these take 5 minutes, and they store in the fridge for days!

– Plain whole-milk Greek yogurt – Hemp seeds – Rolled oats – Shredded unsweetened coconut – Vanilla extract – Maple syrup (or honey) – Mango

Ingredients Needed:

Combine Greek yogurt, oats, coconut, seeds, and syrup in a medium bowl. Mix well to combine. Tip: Grind up the rolled oats or use instant oats for a smoother texture.

Step 1.

Optional: Blend all the ingredients together to make a smoother texture. This is a great method if you’d like to serve this recipe in a reusable pouch.

Step 2.

Dice the mango small enough that the pieces are easy to pick up with a spoon. Place yogurt mixture and mangos in alternating layers in mason jars or storage containers.

Step 3.

You can use berries like raspberries, blackberries, or diced strawberries in place of mango, if you prefer.


Once the jars are filled with alternating layers, seal the container and store overnight in the fridge.

Step 4.

Serve cold in a bowl with a spoon or blend smooth and serve in a reusable pouch. This could be a great option for toddlers who are still learning to like more complicated textures.
