Salmon for Babies and Toddlers

Learn the easiest way to serve salmon for babies and toddlers with recipe suggestions and the easiest Sautéed Salmon recipe.

– Salmon fillets – Olive oil – Seasonings such as fresh lemon, minced fresh or dried herbs, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and/or pepper

Ingredients Needed:

Place a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and ½ teaspoon minced garlic if using. When warm, add the salmon, skin side up.

Step 1.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the fillet is visually halfway cooked. Flip the fish over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 2.

Remove from the pan, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired. Break up into smaller pieces to serve or cut into a finger-size piece to serve baby-led weaning style.

Step 3.
