Ingredients

  • 1 medium mango, peeled and diced
  • 4-6 medium strawberries, destemmed and diced
  • 1 small kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 small cucumber, diced
  • 4-6 yellow tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Stir gently. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve with pita chips, plantain chips, fish tacos, bean tacos or another favorite dipper.

Notes

  • Dice the fruit to be a similar size and fairly small so the pieces are easy to pick up with a chip.
  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • Use fresh fruit for the best flavor and texture
  • Add a little diced red onion if the kids are fans.
  • Sprinkle with cilantro if you or the kids like the taste.
  • Skip the cumin if you don't happen to have any on hand.
