You can vary the berries in this recipe by subbing in blueberries for the strawberries if desired. And change the color of tomato if that matters to your kids.
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Stir gently. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve with pita chips, plantain chips, fish tacos, bean tacos or another favorite dipper.
