Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • Diced or sliced fruit, or graham crackers, pancakes, or waffles (for dipping, optional)
