Creamy Cottage Cheese Dip with Cinnamon and Vanilla
With a smooth and creamy texture and a nice amount of protein and fats to fuel little bodies, this cottage cheese blend is perfect for spreading or dipping.
- 1 cup cottage cheese (2% or 4% fat, drained slightly if your cottage cheese has a lot of liquid)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend very smooth.
Spread onto toast, tortillas, graham crackers, or waffles. Use as a dip for fruit. Serve with a spoon!
Stored in an airtight container, this will last 3-5 days in the fridge.
Serve with any cut up fruit as desired.
