frozen broccoli

Instructions
Prepare the pasta according to the package directions, adding the broccoli to the pot for the last 4 minutes of the cooking time.
Drain the pasta and broccoli into a colander.
To the same pot, add the cheese, milk, butter, and salt. Stir very well to make a creamy mixture.
Add the cooked pasta and broccoli, and stir well to coat completely. Taste and season with additional salt as needed. Serve.
Notes
Store in an
airtight container
in the fridge for 3-5 days. Warm for 30-60 seconds, or until warmed through, in the microwave.
Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or oregano for more flavor.
Top your serving with crushed red pepper or black pepper if desired.
Add cooked chicken or Italian sausage to vary the recipe if desired.
