Instructions
Add all fruit to a medium bowl. Toss if desired or leave the fruit in sections so it's easier for the kids to take what they want.
Optionally: Drizzle with the juice of the lime and honey.
Optionally: Peel the kiwi, slice into rounds, and cut out with a festive cookie cutter to make shapes to put on top of the salad. (I did mini stars.)
Notes
Store prepared Christmas Fruit Salad for up to 24 hours, tightly covered, in the fridge.
Use Cosmic Crisp apples, which don't brown when sliced, for ease.
Use a mini star cookie cutter to cut out the kiwi and add a festive touch to the top of the fruit salad.
Toss it together or leave the fruit in sections according to your preference.
This is yummy plain, or you can enhance the flavors by adding the lime and honey. (Avoid honey for kids under age 1.)
