Add the ingredients to a medium bowl or storage container.
Stir well to evenly incorporate the ingredients together.
Serve plain or with fruit, granola, hemp seeds, or other topping.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir before serving or if you see liquid separate at all from the yogurt. (That is common and harmless.)
Use plain Greek yogurt for lower added sugar and maximum creaminess. (Vanilla yogurt will work too and will be sweeter.)
Use Dutch-process cocoa powder to reduce the caffeine amount in the cocoa powder.
