With a super creamy consistency and a flavor that is reminiscent of a peanut butter cookie, this Peanut Butter Yogurt is delicious. Plus, you can make it ahead of time, adjust the sweetness, and freeze it into popsicles as you like!
Add the ingredients to a medium bowl. Stir well to combine.
Sweeten to taste as desired and serve cold.
(To freeze into popsicles, add to popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours. Coat with melted chocolate chips, if desired.)
