Greek-style plain yogurt
(whole-milk yogurt preferred)

honey
(or maple syrup) optional to taste

vanilla extract

sliced fruit
(raspberries, blueberries, banana, strawberries, or other desired fruit)
sprinkles
(for topping, optional)

Instructions
Add the yogurt, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla to a bowl. Stir well.
Divide mixture among a silicone freezer container or ice cube tray.
Top with a few slices of fruit and sprinkles (if using).
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Serve cold.
Notes
Freeze leftover Frozen Yogurt Bites in a sealed freezer bag for up to 3 months.
Greek yogurt creates a slightly creamier texture, which makes them a little more pleasant (and softer) to bite into.
You can replace 1/2 cup of the yogurt with canned full-fat
coconut milk
for an even creamier consistency.

coconut milk
