Learn the easiest method for making Mini Pizzas as a quick kids lunch, snack, or dinner. You can make them ahead, adjust for allergies, and add the toppings your kids prefer!
Cut the English muffins (or mini naan or mini bagels) in half and place onto a rimmed baking sheet. Top each half with pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and any desired toppings.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until warmed through and the cheese is just golden brown. (You can also do the same temp and timing in an air fryer.)
Serve warm, slicing up for younger kids as needed to make them easy to chew.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat on a plate in the microwave for 30 seconds or heat through in a 375-degree-F oven for 3-4 minutes.
Use dairy-free cheese as needed.
Serve with simple sides such as fruit, applesauce, salad, or roasted broccoli.
Cut into strips with kitchen scissors to make it easier for younger toddlers to chew.
