4tablespoonscream cheese(softened at room temperature)
⅓cuphoney
1tablespoonvanilla extract
2cupspeaches(diced; from about 2 medium ripe peaches)
Instructions
Note: If using an ice cream maker, the bowl needs to be frozen for at least 4 hours (or according to the manufacturer's instructions) before you start making the recipe.
Add the cream, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla to a medium bowl. Whisk to make a smooth mixture.
Stir in the peaches.
Pour the mixture into the bowl of the ice cream maker and turn on. Churn until the mixture is mostly frozen, about 20 minutes. Serve as soft serve or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze.
