Add the whipping cream to a blender and pulse a few times to make whipped cream. Typically, this process takes 30-45 seconds. Stop as soon as you see that the cream has thickened and the blade is no longer moving.
Transfer the whipped cream to a medium bowl with the yogurt, vanilla, and honey and stir very gently to combine.
Serve cream mixture in a bowl or jars topped with the berries.
Notes
Store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The berries may start to brown after that.
Use powdered sugar in place of the honey if desired.
