½
cup
crackers
(or mini naan or pita bread)
¼
cup
cheese
(such as cheddar, mozzarella, or Colby Jack)
1-2

(such as turkey, ham, pepperoni, or salami)
½
cup

(optional)
Instructions
Place the ingredients into a lunch box. Use a small dip container for any sauces if desired to make sure they do not spill.
Seal the lunch box and let the kids assemble and eat the foods assembled into stacks or separately.
Notes
You can make Homemade Lunchables up to 48 hours ahead of time, cover tightly with the lid, and store in the refrigerator.
Include fruits, veggies, dips, sauces, and desserts as you like.
Use "cracker cuts" for square pieces of cheese that fit into bento boxes, or cut larger pieces of cheese into smaller squares.
Include a drink or
kids water bottle
as needed.
To pack for school, preschool, or daycare, send with ice packs in an insulated lunch bag to keep the food safe.
Use a mix of food groups to ensure there is enough satisfying food to keep the kids full until the next meal or snack.
