Watermelon Fries (2 Minutes)
Make fast, yummy, and nutritious Watermelon Fries as a perfect kids snack. This is such a fun way to serve fruit to kids—or to share as an appetizer!

mini watermelon

Instructions
Cut the watermelon in half.
Place one side at a time cut-side-down and trip off the rind.
Cut the trimmed half into slices, then use the zig-zag slicer to make "fries".
Serve as is or with any fruit dip you like.
Notes
Store in an airtight container the fridge for up to 5 days.
Dip into Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, or another creamy sweet dip such as my
Yogurt Dip for Fruit.
Make a platter with different colors of watermelon fries.
Trim off the rind first, then proceed to cut the fries from slices of watermelon.
