Ingredients You Need
Here’s a look at the ingredients you need to make Mini Pizzas so you know what to have on hand.

- Crust: I like to use mini naan, English muffins, or mini bagels for these mini pizzas to save time and effort.
- Pizza sauce: You can use any brand of pizza sauce you like, or even a homemade tomato sauce if you prefer.
- Cheese: I use shredded mozzarella here for classic pizza flavor.
- Optional: Minced broccoli, pepperoni, very thinly sliced mushrooms, olives, pizza seasoning, and/or any other pizza toppings you prefer.

Mini Pizza FAQs
I like mini naan bread or English muffin. You can cut them into finger-size pieces or very small bite-size pieces to make it easier to bite them, too.
You can add minced veggies, add cooked lean ground beef, turkey, or chicken, or use my extra-veggie Easy Marinara Sauce in place of the pizza sauce.
You can make them according to the recipe, then let cool fully. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Or, place into a freezer bag, remove as much air as possible, and seal. Freeze for up to 6 months. To heat leftover mini pizzas from the fridge or freezer frozen, place into a parchment lined baking sheet and heat in a 375 degree F oven for about 3-4 minutes or until warmed through.
Best Tips for Success
- Use pizza sauce or pesto as you like on the mini pizza crust. Or, just brush with olive oil and top with cheese for kids who prefer things plainer.
- Cut into finger-size strips or tiny cubes to make these easier for younger toddlers to eat.
- Bake or air fry on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or air fryer rack as you prefer.
- Try making these with my No-Knead Pizza Dough for another option that uses instant yeast, water, and flour to make an easy homemade dough.
- Adults may like their own mini pizza topped with sliced fresh tomatoes and basil to satisfy your own pizza craving.
