Easy Cheesecake Ice Cream
This easy ice cream is luscious, has the flavor of cheesecake, and is just sweet enough to be decadent and delicious. Plus, you can stir it together in about 5 minutes without any special equipment needed.

No-Bake Cheesecake Bites
I love to make this recipe to share with the kids because it requires no special equipment or ingredients and tastes creamy and delicious. You can make the whole thing ahead of time and have it waiting for when you’re ready to serve.

Easy Cheesecake Dip
This Cheesecake Dip is so darn easy, takes just minutes to make, and is satisfying since it includes protein and beneficial fats. It’s good as a snack or as a dessert—and is yummy for all ages.

Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
I love this type of easy recipe for kids because I can make it using basic ingredients I usually have in the house. It works with fresh or frozen strawberries, too. And it’s just so simple and quick to make as a dessert for kids or an after school snack.

Greek Yogurt Cheesecake (No-Bake)
This cheesecake is lower in added sugars and higher protein than traditional recipes due to the inclusion of Greek yogurt in the cheesecake mixture. And it has a little bit of vanilla extract and fresh lemon juice to perk up the flavors, too.

No-Bake Cheesecake Cups
My family is currently obsessed with these Cheesecake Cups. They come together so quickly without even needing to turn on the oven or use an electric mixer. They are such a delicious dessert option—though we often just eat the cheesecake batter with a spoon right out of the mixing bowl!

Mini Ricotta Cheesecakes
These mini cheesecakes have freshly grated lemon and orange rind in them, which adds a lot of flavor. This lemon flavor is such a nice note in the mix of the cheese and honey. It’s paired here with a simple mini graham cracker crust so each one is small, sweet, and fun for kids and adults alike.

Easy Ricotta Pie
This ricotta cheesecake has been a staple in my Italian-American family for my whole life. We love to have it for breakfast, but it works for dessert, too!
How to Store
All of the recipes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, though you’ll want to store the Cheesecake Ice Cream in the freezer. Refer to each individual recipe for the specifics on each.
Best Tips for Success
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature and very soft for the easiest blending.
- Taste the mixture and add more sweetener as needed, whether you opt for powdered sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
- Know that using fresh lemon juice adds brightness to the flavor of the cheesecake mixtures, but doesn’t actually make them taste lemony.
