July Meal Plan: Week 1

As we head into a new month, I hope this meal plan takes some of the work out of deciding what to make for your family. There are easy ideas for each meal of the day, some great options for the 4th of July, and more. Highlights include an easy Watermelon Smoothie, our favorite Baked Zucchini Fritters, and the no-bake Chocolate Granola Bars that are our favorite to pack on road trips.

NOTE: A meal plan for me is simply a way to make food and feeding a little easier, and having a rough plan for meals is one thing I rely on. And while I often change my mind or make adjustments when schedules go haywire or we wind up having leftovers, picking a handful of meals to make each week definitely simplifies my life as a mom.

(Find FAQs about the meal plans AND make your own custom meal plan. And this extra Vacation Meal plan might be useful, too!)

This meal plan includes ideas for every meal of the day, but you can always remove or skip the ones you don’t want to make. So adjust it as you like! (And know I expect that most of you will.)
