May Meal Plan: Week 4
Welcome to all of our new members this week! I share the weekly meal plans on the Friday before the week they are intended for so you can plan and shop over the weekend.
A meal plan for me is simply a way to make food and feeding a little easier, and having a rough plan for meals is one thing I rely on. And while I often change my mind or make adjustments when schedules go haywire or we wind up having leftovers, picking a handful of meals to make each week definitely simplifies my life as a mom.
Below you can find the YTF Meal Plan for the fourth week of May. There are options here to include in Memorial Day plans, if you’re in the US and will be enjoying the long weekend.
It includes ideas for every meal of the day, but you can always remove or skip the ones you don’t want to make. So adjust it as you like! (And know I expect that most of you will.)
