Welcome to YTF Community, a place to safely share in the challenges and joys of feeding our families. And make all of it easier! This is a weekly members post with advice and encouragement.

One of the most interesting about feeding kids for me is how often I am humbled by my own experiences with food. How often what I experience in my own body illuminates things we often either overlook or take for granted in our kids. This is one of those stories.
It’s rare that I share personal stories like this, especially one like this that involves some info about my dating life, but the lessons I learned apply so clearly to how we think about picky eaters that I decided to share.
Over the holidays, I had two weeks of solid stomachaches. I went to the doctor and did a bunch of bloodwork. And every day (and night), like clockwork, they came back.
