Welcome to YTF Community, a place to safely share in the challenges and joys of feeding our families. And make all of it easier!

We have a reader question today that I think we can all identify with.
I don’t want to force my kids to try new foods, but I also want them to get past looking at a food and telling me they don’t like it without even trying it. How do I do this without 30 minutes of negotiating with a three year old? —Sammie
I will start by saying that my answer to this question is going to be different from what you might see elsewhere online. Because I’m not going to send you 15 recipes I *know* your kid will eat…because that would give you so much more work to do. (And honestly, that would be misleading.)
I think of this in a different way, that I personally think is much saner!
