Halloween Lunch

I love to make holiday meals fun but without a lot of fuss, and these are some of my favorite easy Halloween lunches to share in October. There are options here that are fun in color (lots of green food!), fun in shape (see the jack-o-lantern quesadilla), and easy to pull off on a busy day where you may have trick-or-treating or costume parties scheduled.

Each is meant to work at home or packed for school—for the foods that are better enjoyed warm, try packing them in a thermos—and can be made quickly.

You may also like Halloween Breakfasts, easy Halloween Dinners, and Halloween Snacks.

I know that many share recipes that look like mummies, spiders, ghosts, ghouls, goblins, eyeballs, and more, but these are simpler ideas to pull off more quickly.
